It's not you, it's people relegating themselves. I went from division 5 to 8 the hard way going through the grind for Jimenez and the Swap cards.

In the end I dropped myself to division 10 and every game was still full of god tier red cards and Icon's in the hands of dragback masters using multiple formations and custom tactics each game, though thankfully nowhere near as good as in division 5-6 where I literally played a top 100 player.

Which is funny combined with the fact on one of his last streams Nepenthez matched a top 100 player in division 7. Rivals has become a busted mess.
