hi, I was in a game with a Good draft. Suddenly the game crashed and I lost my match early. The lost draft token says I'm not eligible for having a token. I feel frustrated, after giving 15k coins to play it. and additionally, when I try to request a live chat it doesn't work, could you please help me?
