Edit: I think i found the cause of this. One more person has the exact same problem and he also got permanently banned for cheating. It has to do something with the captcha. I think it's unnacceptable getting banned wrongfully in the first place, and not getting a response for over 7 hours. We lost the whole weekend league and fut birthday event due to this.
