basically there are 2 options: use fullbacks at RM/LM or normal wingers. Usually fullbacks can't shoot and not many have decent dribbling; normal wingers have shooting, skill moves etc but lack defending abilities.
There are some all-rounders like, for example, Perisic - good attacking stats and decent physicality.
In 19 I played most of the time with various versions of Perisic + Cancelo and this winger + fullback duo on the wings worked really good for me so I might use similar combo this year.
