I had the same thing happen to me about 4 months ago! Someone on Twitter offered me $600 for my team. I asked him why he would offer me that much money without even knowing what team I had? Answer was very quick, like it was already written. I told him I would do it, but the $600 needed to be put in my PayPal account before we did anything. He THEN ASKED to see my team first. But earlier he said he saw me playing once and wanted what I had! I told him absolutely...and then I went and took pics of my entire team from worst to first! When I got back on Twitter I had 16 or more messages. Lol... He kept asking me what was going on. Why wasn't I answering. He does this and sells the players off one at a time and he does it as a second job. Anyway I told him I have my team ready if he wants to look at it. He wasn't acting like he was thankful. He told me earlier He really needed this and I'd be helping. He was acting a bit shocked! Like he couldn't believe it. He was like ok give me all your login info and I'll look around and see cause it might be worth more. I said really? He then said if I let him do it now had give me $1000. I was like DEAL! And I ASKED for his small so I could send the pics. To make a long story short....he said hebcouldnt do that becaue "I" could be lying. I told him its either the $1k in my PayPal or the pics. He stoped responding. Nowci don't know how he did it but after that chat i shut down my consol cause it was running hot. And went to have dinner. When I got back and logged back on? Almost half of my binder was GONE. I knew right away it was to much of a coincidence and he did something. And he must have started from the bottom cause my starting team and most of my good cards were still there! The mistake you made was when I first noticed it?...you shut it down. That allowed him to get back in and take more. I changed all my info and passwords.. But I unpluged it first. I called EA and an Indian dude who didn't know what a football was accused me of trying to scam EA and van me for life. I told him to go right ahead and I'll sue!! He started asking me all kinds of question to see if I was lying. He wanted to know which players I was missing. I named everyone from the pics I took. Even emailed them to EAhelp! He then told me that I discarded them at 3:55 or something but that was the time I went to eat. I asked him what discard meant? He said it meant that I deleted them all. Delete? Ya can't delete players you can only quick sell them. He told me that what he meant to say. I QS over 500 cards for $250 a piece. I ended up talking to his superior because you know that when you QS a card u get training! Not $$$. I had all the proof I needed. And they did NOTHING!!!! Except accuse me of trying to get free players by lying. I went right on Twitter with my pics. My story. And screen shots of the chat with the the guy who wanted to buy them. EA still did nothing! They r the WORST COMPANY when it comes helping the customers! I've been a reward member since it started. They know exactly what kind of player I am. So duck them! I currently have a 98 overall Giants theme team and I stopped spending money on game! I'm gonna bet my life that you got nothing either. Just be careful with people on twitch! If they just reach out and request a friend shop? Stay away!  Since this twitch thing started the red bee nothing but mistakes and complaints. Be careful. Let me kniw the end to your story! I'm curious to hear the excuse you gave them. Take care
