Hey, I am also having the same issue as him.
My gamer tag is Ankle_Breaker245.
To be honest, everything he said is exactly what I am having. it's been like this since the new Season started.
I am starting to get very frustrated. I even deleted and downloaded the game as well. I've tried everything he had said.
