@dominicanrepr1 Try to setup a local wifi network (on android - router WIFI) from your smartphone, connect your console to that and start the game, after first login you should be able to return to your regular network (WIFI or cable connetion). It helped for me. This is a serious bug from the EA side, and I think we ought to have some gifts for having to solve this manually don't you think @EA_Cade. But still if you want to play you should try this option.
