Thanks, looks like your trouble is starting on Hop 8 - Your ping shoots from 18ms to 154ms when you hit the telstraglobal.net connection and never improve.

If you share these results with your ISP, they should be able to address what looks to be a bottleneck in their infrastructure or possibly even a bad node in the neighborhood.
