im glad i found threads on this. Something similar happened to me yesterday. I levelled up on the season pass but as i went to claim the reward, it errored and kicked me out of UT. I Went back in to claim the reward and it was showing as I hadn't reached the level yet as if the XP for a challenge had been lost. I don't even know what objective i did as i had a lot to do and was levellling up quite quick.
