A couple days already. I mean, the first support chat i entered, he said that sended the ticket to TOS team, and at that point i just needed to wait. I waited a couple days and contacted live support chat again. The second guy said that TOS didnt had my case. I mean, the first of ur suport said that my case was sended and now was being checked by them.

I waited some days for nothing, TOS didnt had my case. Just the second guy of suport said that my case was now sended, i mean comeon EA.

Just really need to have the unban, im having some consequences about not playing.
