i just tried it twice and it’s the same result

press pro clubs, loading screen pops up for a couple seconds, then just the background appears.

i don’t think it’s an issue with connection to servers, it looks like it’s the disc itself

can I request a digital copy of the game from someone at EA? Or a refund if possible?

i like to play pro clubs, so I’d prefer a copy of the game
