I’m having this same issue two with 2 separate items on Volta drop 7. OP did you buy the item that it won’t let you equip or did you win it by completing challenges? I’m asking because the 2 items I’m having problems with are the only 2 items in Volta drop 7 that I bought with Volta coins instead of won through challenges. Incredibly frustrating, What’s the solution EA???
