Last year they had the top teams in each league rewarding Prime Gold Player Packs, this year Bayern has a mega pack, PSG has a mega pack...they nerfed pack weight and reduced pack rewards.

As Krango said above they want you spending real coins to think you can pack the better players this year.

Pretty sure Bayern was also a mega pack last year
