We're looking into this.

I'd first check you're definitely using the correct EA Account login in details. Sometimes these can be different to the email/password you use for your PSN ID / Gamertag.

I'd also try the workaround above by @Dr-Guinness - this involves going into FIFA 19, getting the message about your FIFA 20 rewards then going back to the web app.

If you try both of these things and are still getting the error we are looking for HAR logs in order to help us investigate further. Instructions on how to get these are below:

1. Press F12 to open Developer Tools windows, and then click the Network tab
2. Press Clear to clean up network log
3. Click to select the Preserve Log check box
4. Reproduce the issue
5. After reproducing the issue, press Ctrl+A to select all entries in the log
6. Right-click (in Windows) or Ctrl+click (on Mac) within the network table; a context menu appears
7. Select Save as HAR with Content
8. Specify where to save the log and click Save
