He's clearly sets his tactics to pressure, you can see them swarm forward at seven seconds. Whether or not he's using his controller to move players, that's just how it seems to work (sucks but hey we knew that from last year).

You then at 15 seconds, despite running into open space, pass to a guy who has two defenders right in front of him. You then run in a straight line towards the goal and those defenders.

You don't really change direction at the second defender because you've got your finger on the sprint button. When you do that you have less control over the ball. You end up knocking the ball forward into his right foot. He barely moves and it certainly isn't anything like the usual AI go-go-gadget-lunge.

Whether or not the players weren't responding to your commands, that wouldn't surprise me, but there's no way we'd ever be able to tell that from a video. Not sure what you expect. Regardless, you messed up dude. Should have just carried on running with your first guy.
