I'm on PS4 as Parkercharlton, it was when trying to claim the Green Cobra badge at level 6, I was just below level 7. I got logged out and then bounced down to just below level 6. Don't know which objectives specifically I would have lost out on but I was as I was basically gearing my play in SBCs to trying to finish the objectives.
just happened to me again and i lost another thousand xp. 19.37 GMT.
