We've seen the reports on this and are looking into it.
In order to investigate further it would be helpful to get some more info:
- platform
- Gamertag / PSN ID / Origin ID
- Timestamp of when the XP wasn't added (Time, date and your timezone - needs to be accurate and up to date)
- Which objective did you not receive xp from
It happend several times for me at reaching level 13 and 14.. No idea about the timestamp anymore.. All I know is I lost around 5000 XP so far.. Do I need to list my details on the forum?
