@JeDiikkeMoederWelcome to EA-servers. The "error retrieving pilot" and connectivity issues with the servers for anthem is nothing new.
In fact this issue has been here since alpha and beta. In other words, its a problem that has been consistent for players for over 1 year now!!!!
1 freaking year buddy. Just FYI to any and all out there.
