this does nothing but send us to a screen that says we don't have any contact options. What if we have already gotten an email back saying that it needs to be from the original email linked to your gamer tag and you're doing precisely that? Why can't we get anyone on the phone? If someone hacked my account, it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get into real contact w/ someone with the power to help.
