[SOLVED]Fifa 20 AMD 60 FPS LOCK Problem

Hi guys friends 60fps was working smoothly with my fifa 20 old nvidia card when i switched to amd card i couldn't lock 60fps whatever i did, i did not open vysnc from amd sowtware did not open fifa 20 launcer and locked 60fps is there any solution.
