[Known issue] Companion & webapp connectivity issues

Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? FUT Champions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01-23-2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12 PM
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and open weekend leauge rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? if i try to open my weekend league rewards it says: there was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate servers. please try again later
What should be happening instead? i should get my rewards!

What happens when the bug occurs? When i try to claim my Weekend league rewards it says "There was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later"
What should be happening instead? I should be able to get my weekend league rewards like other players.

Hi all,
if I want to login to the FUT 20 Companion app I get the message that there are problems with the log in services. Anyone experience this as well?
