Bug - returns me to the home screen every time I complete a game

I keep getting this reoccurring bug, every time I finish a game in the champions league mode it freezes and returns to the Fifa 20 home screen on my Xbox one. It’s really pissing me off now. Please fix this! I’m even contemplating switching to pes. This has been happening for 3 days now. The same match for 3 days!!
