FUT BIRTHDAY POPE - MISSING CONTENT

I submitted this SBC with 10 seconds to go. I had 3 of the players in this squad in my club already. It asked me to confirm if I wanted to keep them in this SBC. I said yes. I then got an error message. Presumably, the time it took to show this message and for me to confirm, then load the completion / reward (which took a few more seconds before the error message showed up), meant that it didn't allow me the reward. Utter Joke. The fact that it allowed me to submit my entry within the deadline (I could see the time counting down at the top left of the SBC), should mean I get the player.

I contacted the FIFA player "Kingflipper" and he said:

"I would contact EA dude they should refund you either the players or give you the pack."

My response: @Kingflipper how do I do that mate? I tried that a few times. I've had time lag issues during the game every game and I have super fast fibre optic...that's cost me games and the worst is that, this is the first time I've done FUT and I screenshot for them where the Online Icons Swaps objectives are and it's impossible to see where the deadline is for you to use them. So I had a 8 icon swaps 2 cards that I can't use. I gave good reason and screenshot the SBCs and showed how obvious the deadlines were for the live SBCs and not for the Icons Swaps (I never bothered with Icons Swaps 1)). So a hard lesson learned. I asked for some kind of refund / compensation in the form of packs or an icon equivalent to 8 swaps cards. But they said they couldn't help. Is there a better way to get their attention. It took around 70 games to get those Icon Swaps 2 cards.

I'm not getting any of my cases submitted to FIFA, solved at all. It's terrible customer service. So much time and energy is wasted on this game for nothing.

Can someone from EA get in contact with me to sort out my previous cases and for this one in particular, to reward me with Nick Pope please.

I currently still have all the players for the Nick Pope FUT Birthday SBC. I don't want to sell them in case I have to prove I had the right squad for the SBC. May be EA can check my FUT account to see if there is a record of me submitting the squad.
