@EA_Cade Good day, so... I started a new CM and played for another 4 hours this weekend. In the beginning all was fine but after the first transfer window, after I played the first competition game the game crashed again. I could exit to the main menu, so I did and reloaded the same CM save game, but it loads a savegame that is crashed. When I exit again and load a different savegame, it opens normal. So, now 2 career modes, together approx 7-8 hours and both can't be played due to constantly crashing. I can't describe how frustrated I am with your game this year, it is unbelievable. I have these frustrations every year because every your it's the same with FIFA, but last years it wasn't unplayable as this year. How come you can put a product in the this state on the market world wide? From day 1 career mode was unplayable and today we enter the 6th week after release and still it can't be played as normal.

Anyone who would buy a new car with flat tires? That is how I see EA’s FIFA20. Let me please take some minutes of your precious time and read my thoughts because it’s for the better and future of your franchise.
It’s absolutely absurd that the game was released like this ONE MONTH ago and still it is far from OK and needs tweaking. How come, you let people buy whichever product for whichever price, in this case a videogame for €60.00. The first 4 weeks Career Mode (which has even been promoted for 1 year significally) was just unplayable/unenjoyable due to bugs and now there are still bugs and for example my career mode keeps crashing in various screens after last update, which makes it again unplayable.
I find this game an absolute disgrace for a loyal community which is buying FIFA from day one who all started with CAREER MODE. I am a business-owner myself and I understand the amount of money you get through FUT but that doesn’t mean you can leave career mode behind, in my opinion you don’t have to add new features every year but what you HAVE to do is develop and stabilize this game mode so it doesn’t have any game breaking bugs. We career mode players just want a smooth experience like you also give to FUT players, while we all can see how many updates you put in FUT and NOT in career mode.
I am playing FIFA for so many years now and for the last 3 years the amount of bugs is increasing and the progress of the game mode is decreasing, with 2020 you’ve hitted rock-bottem.
Don’t take the trust of FIFA community other then FUT for granted. You always have to give your full 1000% for every customer small or big, that is what I learned building up my company, you need everyone and you must never forget who helped build you company even if they became smaller. You never know how much you need them more in the future.
For example: if Konami or some other company will start making a footy with a stable career mode gameplay you are going to loose a majority of customers which will not come back soon. If a customer leaves you, it’s almost forever.
For coming years I won’t be pre-ordering your FIFA franchise anymore, I will even think twice about buying an EA game in the future because there are more EA games which aren’t what they were before.
This FIFA20 is a lesson for me and I hope it’s also a lesson for all the career mode community with me who is thinking the same way.
EA, change your thinking about FIFA Career Mode and put some work in it to make a stable game mode which we can enjoy from day one. Don’t take us for granted, my trust is damaged.
