i start the game and load up fut and it just freeze's on the menu page. tried restarting the game 5 times now and still the same

Update: This appears to only be effecting users on Virgin ISP's. It's been escalated to the correct teams for further investigation.

My fifa 20 keeps crashing every time it loads into ultimate team don't understand why when it was fine 30 mins ago. Is it just mine it's downloaded on computer not disc so it's not a scratch or anything.
