I've matched against a guy named Wakko, and account name is wakko_owa
He takes somewhere 12-13 shots and all of them are GREEN, even tho some of them are headers, quick shots.
But let me tell you something. When it is a corner kick, he cross the ball then he makes the green light pre-shot then his player switches accidently and other one also gets green timing.
This is ridiculous, sorry for my explanation because of my English. 
If he is not cheating i am sorry, but i am %100 sure he was. You can just smell it.
