Opponents disconnects after scoring

I have had four (4) occasions of opponent disconnecting from a game in Rivals Mode when they go up 1 goal. 

This happens whenever I ramp up pressure on my opponents. Yet, and each time, they get awarded the Win. I get to lose and get the resulting DNF (which puts me on a 4-match losing streak). I thought this was fixed in FUT19! I need help with this, or is this just me?

My connection is fine, and stable.

This last episode happened: 26 October 2019. 10:23 AM CST

same happend to me right now wtf EA..... he is disconeccting i lose the game ? Are u okay ?

I thought that it was fixed. Had this problem in the beginning. After and until recently, it was not counting

@kranff2 Same happens with me. Its been fine until today. Maybe EA have problems with their servers, since it is one of the most popular game in the world and lots of people are playing? It sucks that it affects the W/L stats!! EA, please fix!

Hey all for the issue that you are seeing I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
