Can’t activate profile

Hi, please help me ,

I only had this profile since fifa 15, and now I can’t connect it.

it says something like the settings file Crashed.

i can’t load my pro club player or my carreer or any previous settings.

i can only play ultimate team.

is there anything I can do? To not loose the data at least from pro clubs and carreer?

somebody help.
