Hello EA, I have spent countless hours on calls and live chat with EA help regarding an error message I am getting on my ultimate team account when trying to access the transfer market.

I was informed that I am banned because I violated the TOS which didn't make any sense to me because I did nothing at all that was wrong.This has caused me to get very frustrated as none of my messages were returned and I was only told once that I violated the TOS after about 5 chats and a few calls and email as well.I have been a FIFA player for many years and I have paid thousands of dollars toward stupid packs throughout the years. I also have never ever broken a rule in FIFA throughout my whole FIFA career which a solid amount of years and why would I do so now? I have been trying to get in contact with someone about this for a very long time but it just doesn't happen. Can you please help me find a way to get in contact with someone who will really help me? I beg that someone please help me lift this unlawful ban and allow me to play FIFA the way it supposed to play which is with a real team that I can change. If this doesn't work I don't know what to say other than I am disappointed and won't be buying anything ea ever again if this unlawful ban isn't lifted. because all the money that was spent just to be taken away is enough for me to get a lawyer involved for a refund because it is disappointing.
