Account banned after being hacked TWICE in LAST MONTH

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am understandably furious about what is going on with my EA account over the last month. Customer service (EA Help) has been mostly unhelpful and the process of actually getting someone to help me is exhausting. My account has been wrongfully “permanently disabled” I just sent the following email using the “banned or suspended account” prompt after clicking the link in an email I received today when my account was apparently hacked a SECOND time while I was at work miles away from my XBOX.  I am hoping someone from EA sees this and can actually doing something to help me other than tell me to wait for an “undefined amount of time” for the “Terms of Service Team” to contact me. This is ridiculous and at this point I just want a refund for my game because I am astounded at the level of service:

Please review my case history. My account was hacked about a month ago. I tried to log on to play the game and it asked to verify my identity, but the email address on my account had been changed. Someone hacked my account and manipulated the transfer market to remove players from my team. I contacted EA Help and A representative helped me secure my correct log in info and restore my account, and set up backup emails, etc (Case 54675574). However, my transfer market has been suspended (for multiple weeks) because of the suspicious activity on my account.

I have contacted EA Help several times over the course of the last month to inquire about the status of my transfer market. I am constantly told that they don’t know when The Terms of Service team will get to it but that they eventually will. This is ridiculous, as I did nothing wrong and it was not my fault my account was hacked.

Today, while at work, away from my Xbox and away from my home, I received an email (Case # 54860875) stating that my account has been locked down because there was “unusual activity on my account”. I have no idea What this means. I was not using my Xbox or logged into the game. I can only guess that I was hacked AGAIN. Now, my account has been “permanently disabled”. This is unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I am requesting that someone from EA Sports that can actually help me contact me immediately. I am being penalized for other people apparently hacking into my account. EA sports should be identifying and punishing THOSE PEOPLE, Not someone who is simply wanting to use their products legally and within the rules.
