Just switched platforms, want to buy fifa points but...

I can't access the transfer market on web app.

 

Moved from PC to PS4. I have access in the PC account, and both are linked to my email where I can change persona in the companion app. However I don't have access in the new PS4 account?

 

Any ideas if there's a way to have this updated? Looking to get points but there's no reason if I can't list players.
