Heyy, How to file or submit a file complain ?

I had an old psn account in my country, and I left, so my credit card expired and I couldn't renew my psn, so now since I am in Spain, they referred to open a new account and switch the EA data from the old one to the new one. 
So I spoke with an agent and I asked him if its possible where He assured me he would help me, but he only switched the data from an email to the new one, but My team's data, badge, team's name, all my hard work through years and gaining lot of things and sacrificing many hours and days, he did not change them, and today when I spoke with another agent he told me the policy cant change those things,

Ps: I asked the first agent, if its possible because that's the reason i will buy fifa again and renew my psn account. and he assured me, but he lied and no transparency and unprofessionalism. 

So how to submit a complain or something for EA company because their agents made believe and assured me and made me create PSN and EA ACCount.
