Anyone else experience ridiculous momentum shifts in rivals?

Last night I went 1-0 up (deservedly) in the second half and suddenly my team couldn't do anything any more. Slow runs & turns, inaccurate passes, mis-control etc.. Just absolute trash, ended up losing 3-1 and literally couldn't do anything to stop it, despite the fact I was so much better than my opponent for around 60 minutes. I've had it loads of times, it's doing my head in.

It happens all the time offline but when playing online it should be a level playing field,
