How long it takes for a missing items specialist to email you?
I understand that there is heavy traffic in the game but I was hacked 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have an email from the missing items specialist yet. In my opinion, that is too long of a wait time because I expected at the most a week.

Why cant I get through to a specialist at all? I'm missing a player but EA help either deny that anything can be done, or say that they have no way to contact a specialist team?
