ACCOUNT BANNED WITHOUT ANY REASON
EA banned my account without any reason, I logged my case last week and yet received any feedback from EA, my account is clean and didn't spend any fifa points nor using any cheatcode. How can such a big company like EA didn't investigate due diligently and simply banned user account, this is how EA treat their loyal customer, this is the last week for me to grinned till level 30 season objective, i still unable to logged in until now. Any idea what should i do now? I will cancel my origin premier start from next month, really 1 of the most scam company in e sport industry

They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.

I filled up the report,but didn't received any update after 72 hours. I still left 1 week to grinned for season objective, how can EA simply banned user account without proper checking, it really frustrating with your customer service, not even have a livechat system to allow user keep in touch with your customer service team
