View Server is trash

Server is trash

While I was winning 4-0 in fifa 20 futchampions in pc,at 90 minute,the server was suddenly down and I was back to the main menue.After I tried to get back to ultimate team,I was back to main menue again.I tried again to get into ultimate team,I successed,but the game said I disconnected and counted my game as a lost.EA please solve the problem

Hi @terrencechan0407,

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
