Gold mane instead of Team of the year mane

I received gold mane instead of team of the year mane and was told I’d get his team of the year in 72 hours so I used his gold in a hazard sbc and then I never got the toty so now I just have no card

@GKJK23 You packed Mane on January 9th at around 1 AM UTC when Defenders were in packs, TOTY Mane wasn't back in packs until 6 PM UTC.

@Bolond44 You packed Mane on the 8th when Defenders were in packs as well.

Hi, I got the same Mane. I contacted them Friday and they said it will take 72 hours. AND STILL NOTHING. I cant even contact them via live-chat at ea help. They dont respond or anythng. Im sick and tired of this.
