Unable to login to FIFA ultimate team using my LAN connection

I am unable to login to my FIFA ultimate team using my LAN.I can login to ultimate team without any trouble using my mobile hotspot.I followed your instruction like opening ports and changing DNS but nothing works.I've been facing this problem more than a week no one from EA is helping me out
