Captcha Challenge Preventing Game Access

Hi EA - I am unable to play FIFA 20 UT because of the Captcha Challenge Verify Account is not displaying a Captcha. I see instead a security reason that while my PC has complete and unfetted Internet access I can not access a verification server.

How can this be fixed? I have restarted, rebooted my pc, cycled my modem and nothing works.

That worked for me. Why I have no idea as to the sensitvity of language on Captcha. Restart the game with a language selection of French and then try to play UT. Once Captcha cleared then relog back in with your preferred language.

Nevertheless, can any one at EA explain why we need Captcha? Seems stupid to me. I mean I can buy coins anytime with out ever a problem, but I can't play a match without first prooving that I can spin a Donkey?
