All the problem started when I downloaded and installed ea FIFA 20 companion. It's hard to connect to ea and cannot even finish a few without having problems.'The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later'

For issues with connection @Willis5555555555 I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

 

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
