So as the title says, i got permanently banned yesterday morning from EA saying i was cheating (??) while i was playing FIFA. That came as a shock to me and i immediately contacted EA support by opening a case and explaining them the situation. However, as you can see in the screenshot, although i got an update to my case, when I try to open it and see the reply, I just see the topic of the case and nothing else. There is no description, no reply and i didn't get an email as well. So there is no way of me communicating with EA support and i honestly don't know what to do. They keep updating my case and i can't do anything.

That's a first for me in all the years of playing FIFA and i'm extremely disappointed that i can't compete in FUT Champs and earn rewards for the FUT Birthday event. I just hope that this thing will be addressed soon.
