Hi , I can’t play fifa 20 online , it says this account can’t get online , we’re using Nintendo switch , can anyone help pls

Hi @jamiezachcal,
That usually indicates an underage Nintendo account is linked up with the Origin account. You would need to create an account that's of age to connect online.
