Incorrect item received in pack

I was opening up the promo packs for the winter upgrade today and I received a 92 Alessandro Nesta. However, in the winter upgrade he has a 93 moments card that is currently in packs. I spoke with ea support and they said errors like this happen sometimes and if I wanted to resolve it the best thing to do would be to wait or post on the forum.
