Hello, 3 weeks ago my account got hacked and i lost my players, I immediately started talking with EA Advisor on Live Chat, he told me that he's able to give me 1425000 for all my missing claims. I was really happy, waited 2 weeks for my coins, didnt get them, waited another week and yesterday i got an email from EA Support saying that 362.000 coins were added to my account, firstly EA Advisor promised me that I'll get 1.425.000 coins, secondly I didnt even get those 362k coins!!! Yesterday before going to bed I had around 2.800.000 million coins, 362.000 coins were supposedly credited to my account at 2:49 am, woken up today and I didn't even have 3 million, what is going on EA?! Can someone finally help me please?
