Fifa 20 squad battle milestone glitch

My friend and I just spent hours trying to get the milestone prize for winning 300 squad battles. We started the day needing 17 wins. We won about 12, all on world class difficulty but when we went to check our progress it said we needed 18 more to get the prize!. We actually went backwards by one game somehow....Can someone help with this please?

@njdevil1176 I should also add that the games we played counted towards the weekly squad battles progress, we're in elite 1 but they didn't count towards the 300 wins milestone.

I’ve just had the same thing happen to me, 5+ games haven’t been counted. Did they resolve this for you?
