Please help - ea sports login

Hi

 

I just bought my son fifa 20 for ps4

 

He wants to play ultimate team and even he selects EA sports account it says a verification code has been sent to ji******@ehlhub.com or something like that. We have no idea what this is as it's not an email address associated to us.

 

How can we get past this?any help is appreciated!

I am trying to log in to a new EA account on ps4 and do not know how to do this

1. Go to http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form

2. Fill in the requested information in the text fields.

3. Make sure the email you provide is one you have access to, we will be communicating with you here.

4. Click the Email Us option after you've filled out the form and an advisor will reach out to you with the next steps.
