So here is my bug issue i finished premiere league milestones and received 85 Trossard and opened up new objectives to receive the upgrade which is Trossard 87  

there are 3 objective:

1- "Finishing from the flank" which is scoring with Trossard in 6 separate rival wins.

2- "Assist architect" which is assist 7 crosses with Trossard in rivals ( no wins or not separate matches just accumulative"

3- Premiere league Precision" which is scoring 3 finesse goals in rivals ( no wins not separate )

so i achieved 1 in each objective and then after a day passed doing some Squad building challenge and not playing matches i decided to finish them so i check them they were back to zero so i said that is ODD so i considered i imagined that happening or got confused since i do a lot of objectives daily it happens.

i played and scored a finesse goal in a rival win which means that two of the objectives should reflect 1 point in them which is scoring in separate rival and 1 in finesse goals, so only one reflected which is scoring per win. so i said no i should report this and got to chat support after explaining that this is a bug and not fair he told me maybe its a connection issue and sometimes data delay happens and stuff like that. i checked on my connections and went to finish the objectives again.

here is the twist i won a rival match with 6 GOALS with TROSSARD scoring 5 finesse goals and assisted with a cross using him which normally will reflect in the 3 objectives and even finish the finesse objective since i already scored 5 finesse and they only wanted 3, but it also reflected ONLY in the scoring per rival win with one point.

i definitely went to chat support and i'm 100% sure i am not imagining or even confused, the guy was understanding at first and said that he reported to the concerned team to check this issue, but when i was worried how should i know if this issue will be solved he said i wont only in the game, so how am i supposed to know your are working or admit that the issue exist, his reply was even more concerning " the team will solve the issue if there is SUCH AN ISSUE". my case number is 62402619 and it cant be viewed for status nor if not solved i will be compensated or anything Because as per his replies they cant do anything or change anything in the objectives from their end and they are not able anymore to grant any advantages to the players. which is really frustrating so i cant finish the objective due to a bug and also i cant be rewarded the player i deserve and lost all my privileges as a FIFE gamer trying to have the full experience. now i'm even considering cancelling my 21 purchase and never playing an EA game again.

if you can help me or enlighten me please do because i'm against the wall here and need a solution for this bad support flow
