Can't move Fut 19 club to fut 20
I’ve had my Fut club since 2015. Just purchased fifa 20 and despite my FC credits and XP used in the catalogue transferring over, my Fut club details have not. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks.
Talked to a chat agent for ages. My club is still there when I log in to Fifa 19, have transferred my club every year I've played the game but not this year for some reason. Would like my 'Est date' and Club name and loyalty packs to move to my new Fifa as usual, only purchased the game today. Chat agent told me to come here in the hope of talking to a community manager.
