i am really bored about Fifa!

i have a PS4 with a gaming modem 1ms response

connected with a stable connection FTTH 1000Mega with ethernet cable cat.6.

ping in matchmaking is usually around 20/30 if they are from Italy, 30/40 if it is from Other nation.

i got a boring and ridicolous gameplay with slow movement, bad way to manage the ball even offline Or in squad battles. How we can fix this? Ea need to answer us and solve this problem. I pay 70€ each uyea for this, i pay 60€ for PSN plus each year. People pay for ridicolous Fifa points...so solve this!!!
