Case
Hello,
A case I have risen has it's status as saying "player not available." I am available and I am awaiting contact from EA.
Have EA somehow closed this case without carrying out my data access request?

They have a chaotic system. They gave me a second ban on my ps4 account and this is what it says:
"Your account will not be able to use the Transfer Market on any platform for the current FIFA title"
I didn't turn on my ps4 at all after I was banned the first time. So I guess they are so incompetent and careless towards us that I think they won't fix their mistakes.

Go to your credit card company and present them with your evidence that you're being unfairly denied what you paid for. But first, request EA to release all data they have on you, including transaction history. Then chargeback all your transactions for a full refund of the game, pack purchases and/or anything else. That's what I'm going to do if they don't check my case properly, as I did not coin distribute as they arrogantly accused me of. Disgusting company!!!!! They think they can defame me, nope!!!!
